This year, accompanied by sixteen other artists, illustrators, and performers, I had the opportunity to exhibit at the Oost-west in Amersfoort as part of Blauwdruk. I turned the space that I received into a cozy place to linger, chat with friends or take a nap. While surrounded by art that let you wander away to another world. The floor was covered with a thick carpet, vintage lamps made a soft light, and on the side was a table with hot tea and cookies.
A projector was playing my short animation film 'The Water Dragon's Tale' in a loop and the visitors were sitting between my hand-sewn pillows with custom pattern design. A copy of a printed children's book version of the animation was also presented.
